In order to improve the reliability of UCFC200 series bearing units, FK upgraded and improved the bearing housing of FC200 series. Compared with the original bearing units, the appearance and strength of the new FC200 series bearing units are improved as follows:


1. Increase the boss thickness at the grease nozzle position to improve the reliability of the grease nozzle hole;

2. Thicken the outer diameter of the front circular platform to enhance the overall strength;

3. Increase the model and font size on the product to make it easier to identify;

4. The overall strength is increased by more than 10%.
